Room was clean, carpet was wet in a corner but it was from being steam cleaned and just hadn't fully dried before we checked in. The beds were very comfortable!

When arrived greeted with very pleasant staff as well as the next morning. Lobby and room were exceptionally clean. Server at buffet was exceptional as well.

Love the quiet and the peace of the hotel. There's a general feel of elegance, beauty and overall grandeas within the hotel.The room was excellent. All of the request I had made, were fulfilled long before I got there!! Amelia checked us in and she was nothing professional, polite and pure joy to talk with!! We indulged in room service and it was the same: purely professional, polite and positive vibe about him!! (So sorry I can't remember his name - though he did state it multiple times!!

The bathroom and rooms were very clean, staff was friendly and lobby was clean as well.

Everything especially the room being immaculate and the food and drinks were great, it was a quick trip we came to SC to drop someone off at the airport there and then went to visit my Dad's grave site and put flowers in his grave in Anderson SC

Location set back from main road Hilton Garden Restaurant had very good food and available until late evening. Friendliness of reception Size of room and whirlpool tube AJ grill

Everything in the hotel was available during the week. Great selection in the lobby of convenience snacks to take to the room. The breakfast was amazing!
