Love the quiet and the peace of the hotel. There's a general feel of elegance, beauty and overall grandeas within the hotel.The room was excellent. All of the request I had made, were fulfilled long before I got there!! Amelia checked us in and she was nothing professional, polite and pure joy to talk with!! We indulged in room service and it was the same: purely professional, polite and positive vibe about him!! (So sorry I can't remember his name - though he did state it multiple times!!

The lady at the front desk went above and beyond. From the moment we checked in, she provided excellent customer service and was just so helpful. When we came down for breakfast the next morning, another lady at the restaurant area was just as nice. It is rare to find excellent customer service these days, much less 2 different staff members in the same business. I was so pleasantly surprised.

Everything especially the room being immaculate and the food and drinks were great, it was a quick trip we came to SC to drop someone off at the airport there and then went to visit my Dad's grave site and put flowers in his grave in Anderson SC

Room was clean, carpet was wet in a corner but it was from being steam cleaned and just hadn't fully dried before we checked in. The beds were very comfortable!
